When mailing important letters and packages, be sure to use a courier service such as
UPS, FedEx or DHL. Whenever packages are sent via U.S. Postal Mail, they are then
processed through Indian postal services, which can cause delays and incur additional
fees. Mail generally takes 10-14 days for delivery, though processing time can be much
longer, sometimes taking weeks to arrive.

However it looks like internet will be the most convenient way to stay in touch. So e-mail me and leave comments on my blog! India is 10.5 hours ahead of the East Coast. On my blog I have a little widgit that tells the current times in India, East Coast, Minneapolis and New Mexico in case you forgot!
Though it depends on what bandwidth I have around, I might be able to skype. My Skype name is mdnghtdiamond. If you see me on feel free to chat to me! I will not be getting a cell phone so if you want to hear my voice skype is the way to go.
